The Purchases page can be used to generate a Purchases Report, or to narrow down/locate specific transactions from a particular time frame.
1. Navigate to Reports & Statistics > Purchase > Purchases.
2. When the page has loaded, click the magnifying glass with the red arrow to clear any existing filters.
3. Use the fields below to input the details of the report you want to generate:

Purchase Date:
This field will let you narrow the search results by a specific transaction date.
Use the options in the second drop down box to set a period of time to search through.
OR
If you would like to generate a report for a specific set of dates, set the first dropdown menu to "Between" and then select the start date and time, and the end date and time.
Purchase State:
This field will let you narrow the search results by a specific transaction status.
This will automatically be set to "Completed" for normal reporting.
If you are trying to locate a specific transaction that may not have processed through fully, set this dropdown menu to the blank option instead.
Masked PAN:
This field will let you narrow the search results by a specific card number used for payment.
Enter the last four digits of the customer's card number to search, and put asterisks before and after the number (e.g. *2313*).
Terminal ID:
This field will let you narrow the search results by a specific meter ID name/number.
Pay Unit:
This field will let you narrow the search results by a specific payment type (i.e. bills, coins, etc.).
Code:
This field will let you narrow the search results by a specific license plate number.

Data View (Operational or Historical):
If you need to search through or generate a report for data that is older than 90 days, please select the "Historical" option. For all other searches, the Operational option is fine.
Once you have adjusted the necessary filters, click "Apply" and wait for the results to generate.
If you would like to export the report to Excel, click the Excel icon at the top of the page.
