Some recent changes were made to the Smartfolio on the back end which affects the date formatting. You can reset the date format with the steps below. Once complete the normal menu options will become available.
Please follow the steps below and it will reset your Smartfolio back to original date settings:
- Click on the three lines top left corner of the screen and select preference from the drop down menu:
2. In the open window click the OK button, this will change the date format back to the format you need.
They are working on fixing this issue. As of right now, each day when you log in you will need to repeat the steps above to see the correct date format, unfortunately.
